The restaurant menu’s Sonoran roots, and a few trips to Mexico, made the decorative direction clear from the beginning. You first meet our monumental oval Mezcal bar inspired by Oaxacan black pottery, with a hand made tile facade, and a mesquite bar top complimented by custom mesquite barstools by Seer Studio. The bars lounge areas invite you to stay a while with oversized armchairs and sculptural sofas from Lawson Fenning. In the Bar’s Cafe, Vintage Daumiller chairs sit with the custom banquette and artwork by Bradley Duncan, divided from the dining room by painstakingly arranging native Sonoran Ocotillo set into the rose colored plaster. As you enter the Dining Room, the soaring ceilings, clerestory windows, and the large trees and plants give the visitor the distinct feeling of being outdoors – birds and all. We sourced massive tasseled chandeliers in Guadalajara, in addition to the custom woven chairs and tables. As in Pullman Market, The existing conditions were so inspiring we tried our best to preserve the patina, the plaster we added was done to best match the existing layers over the years.
